The Pompano Beauty Academy Foundation is the nonprofit arm of Pompano Beauty Academy, dedicated to expanding access to beauty education, workforce development, mentorship, and entrepreneurship opportunities for underserved young women and aspiring beauty professionals.
Our mission is to remove barriers to education and create sustainable career pathways through licensed beauty training, mentorship, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship support.
We believe beauty education can be a powerful tool for economic independence, confidence, and generational change.
Our vision is to impact hundreds of future beauty professionals across South Florida and beyond.
