A paste of sugar, lemon and water can be gentler than traditional waxing.

The paste is warmed up to your body’s temperature before being applied.

Day 1: Theory, general sugar ball application, client consultation, Temperature alignment, Full legs on a model, Underarm on a model, Sugar paste modeling.

Day 2: Full Brazilian sugaring on a model, Speed sugaring application.

A lash lift is a perm that is meant to enhance your eyelashes by providing a natural-looking lift and curl that can last for weeks on end. Most clients will opt for a lash tint to enhance the look of the lift. Lash tints are an upsell for clients.

Brow Lamination is a process that straightens your brow hairs and reshapes them into a new shape. The look is similar to soap brows, but stays put for weeks!

Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive procedure that shaves away the epidermal layer of the skin. It can help with hyperpigmentation, vellus hairs, and uneven textured skin. Nano Needling is an extremely effective yet, non-invasive or painless procedure that targets a large range of skin conditions with NO DOWNTIME! It promotes collagen production, refines skin surface, improves acne scarring, wrinkles, fine lines, pigmentation, rosacea.

Learn the art of Hard wax and soft wax application. Discover temperature setting, quick application, and when to apply hard wax versus soft wax. Students will work with 3 different wax brands.

Day 1: Theory, general wax application, client consultation, Temperature alignment, Full legs on a model, Underarm on a model, hard wax and soft wax application.

Attention Licensed Esthetician. Are you an esthetician looking for a refresher? Have you graduated from an aesthetics program in the past? Pompano Beauty Academy offers a refresher course specifically designed for estheticians seeking to revitalize their skills.

Who is this program designed for: This program is for estheticians who already hold a valid esthetician license. Please ensure your license is current and complies with DBPR requirements.

 

What to Expect: Students will undergo an accelerated crash course covering all aspects of aesthetics, including skincare, waxing, lash lifts, and makeup. Upon completion, graduates will receive multiple certifications and earn the title of Master Esthetician.

 

• Workshops: Workshops are held throughout the semester by industry leading experts.

• Schedule: School Curriculum is given to students upon school orientation.

• School Orientation: Sunday before the 1st day of school

• Kit: Students will receive a kit. Text book is optional.

• Dress Code: Closed toed shoes. All black for Clinic floor.

Ann will act as your mentor, providing regular check-ins on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. If you have any challenging beauty-related questions or need guidance on concepts, marketing, licensing, or permits, Ann is here to help. Additionally, if you already have a beauty business up and running, Ann will thoroughly examine your social media presence, marketing strategies, processes, and products.
