Interim Instructor Position
Pompano Beauty Academy is committed to developing future beauty industry leaders. Qualified graduates may be considered for an Interim Instructor position to gain valuable teaching, leadership, and mentorship experience within the academy.
Individuals selected for this role will receive training and guidance from academy leadership while assisting with classroom activities, student support, clinic floor supervision, and administrative tasks. This position is designed to help graduates strengthen their technical knowledge, communication skills, professionalism, and instructional abilities.
The Interim Instructor position serves as a mentorship and career development opportunity for graduates interested in education, training, leadership, or future instructor roles within the beauty industry. Placement is based on academy needs, graduate performance, professionalism, and availability.
Incubator Program
The Pompano Beauty Academy Incubator Program is designed to help graduates bridge the gap between education and entrepreneurship. This mentorship-based program provides emerging beauty professionals with continued support, guidance, and access to a professional work environment as they build their confidence, clientele, and business skills.
Participants receive coaching in client retention, customer service, marketing, social media, professionalism, business operations, pricing strategies, and career development. The program allows graduates to gain real-world experience while continuing to receive mentorship from experienced beauty professionals.
The Incubator Program is ideal for graduates who are not yet ready to operate independently but are committed to growing their skills, increasing their income, and establishing a successful career in the beauty industry. Participation is based on eligibility requirements, professional conduct, and program availability.
